How to Order

To place a credit card order, please call us at 1.877.361.0550 during normal business hours. For fast check-out, call with your credit card information after your DynaNotes eQuote has been completed.

- Purchase orders, credit cards, and school checks accepted.
- Terms are Net 30 days.
- Allow 10 days for shipping (most orders arrive in less than 3 days).
- Shortages, discrepancies, or returns must be addressed within 30 days of goods receipt.
- Prices are applicable only in the United States and are subject to change without notice.
- Shipping & handling within 48 contiguous states is 8% on all orders $100 and over (S&H fee is $8 for orders less than $100).
Sole Source and Vendor Forms
DynaStudy, Inc. is the sole source provider of all DynaNotes brand products. Please contact us for a sole source letter/affidavit, W-9, CIQ, or other required vendor forms.
Information such as district vendor numbers, district bids, and purchasing cooperative contracts (including statewide bids) is also available upon request.
